WINTER TRAINING 10/21-2/15/25

Concord Rockets winter training/conditioning begins on Saturday, October 21. We will train at Vietnam Veterans Park on Saturdays from 9:30-11. Training will consist of resistance training, calisthenics and plyometrics. The purpose of the training is to prepare athletes for spring competitions.

SPRING TRACK & FIELD March 3,2025-August 9,2025

During Spring Track and Field, we prepare for competitions within the region. Track meets are held on Saturdays and some Sundays. Practices held in Cabarrus County at NW Cabarrus Middle School on Mon/Wed (6:30 to 8) and Sat (9-11). Attending practice is critical to growth and preparation for successful performances. We welcome youth regardless of their athletic ability. Athletes will compete with others of similar ages.
